Arrival and registration

Please enter the schools via the main school entrances and make your way to the registration desk in the playground to check your child in. They will then be told where to put their lunch and belongings.

Camp Timings

Full Day – 9.30am – 4.30pm

Extended Day – 8.30am – 5.30pm

Morning – 9.30am – 12.30pm

Afternoon – 1.30pm – 4.30pm

Early Drop off – 8.30am

Late Pick up – 5.30pm

Lunch Hour – 12.30pm – 1.30pm (Morning + Lunch collect at 1.30pm, Afternoon + Lunch drop off at 12.30pm)

Lunch and snacks (WE ARE A NUT FREE CAMP AND DO NOT ALLOW SHARING)

Full/Extended Day – Please provide a healthy packed lunch and 2 snacks plus water in a named bottle
Morning/Afternoon – please provide 1 (or 2 healthy snacks depending on appetite!) and send water in a named bottle

Clothing

Children will be doing activities inside and outside. 

• All year round – They should wear casual/sports clothing, trainers and have a waterproof coat.
• In Winter – Please provide warm layers as well as hats and gloves when weather is really cold
• In Summer – Please provide hats and sun cream (children must apply this themselves during the camp) and adjust clothing according to the weather forecast.
